The most effective way to carry water in a Full Frame Pack
The Frame Pack Hydration Bladder is a convenient solution for carrying water when you don’t have space for bottle cages in your bike’s main triangle. Available in 1.5L and 3.0L capacities, the shaped hydration bladder is easy to fill without needing to be removed from your frame pack and connects to the accessory clip in Backcountry Frame Packs for improved stability.
As the first bikepacking-specific frame bag hydration bladder, it makes efficient use of space, so you don’t need to compromise between carrying water and other essentials. The hydration bladder is compatible with all Apidura Full Frame Packs and packs of a similar size, with a 1.2m long detachable hose designed to route through the hydration port to your cockpit for easy use while riding.

Purchased the 1.5 litre bag, it conforms and fits perfectly.
The mouth piece is the only letdown, but only a small one, easily remedied by swapping it for a camelbak one….was then easily filled direct with an msr trailshot filter… easily the best way to fill the lower frame bag.

I have a small frame and found that even with my half frame pack and side entry cages it was difficult to safely access water bottles. I had previous bought the 1.5L version of the hydration bladder and found it to be very durable, easy to fill and easy to drink from. I bought the 3.0L version for summer rides in hot conditions. It fits perfectly in the lower half of a full frame pack and is a perfect use of this space as well as placing weight closer to the ground. I agree with other comments that the bite valve is not great and have replaced it.
