Sizing Since hand sizes vary from person to person, the GP Series and GS Series grips are offered in two sizes; Small and Large.
These sizes refer to the gripping circumference. The Large size is a thicker grip, and the Small is a thinner grip. Two size options offer better hand closure around the grip surface. These size differences have a direct impact on the overall handling of the bike, as well as comfort.
- Large:
Glove Size: 8.5″ – 10.5″ (XL – XXL) 102 mm Hand Circumference
- Small:
Glove Size: 6.5″ – 8.5″ (XS – L) 92 mm Hand Circumference

The Ergon GP5 grips were easy to fit. I ride for over 90 minutes each morning and with these grips I now have no wrist pain and only occasional numb fingers. The extension grips are great for hanging onto when muscling up hills and also provide an alternate comfortable riding position.

The grips were easy to buy from Commutercycles, delivered to my home, no issues, nicely packaged. Really easy to fit, no issues, much better for longer rides with the options of hand positions and palm rests. Definitely a good buy. Very happy with the grips.
