The pain I was having from the old seat has now gone !
Very comfortable seat not too soft or to hard.
If your sit bones are 12cm which is the max width for the small/medium seat and which is also the starting point for the medium/large go for the medium/large seat its perfect, I’m 75kgs, 180cm tall, sit bones 12cm.
Vibration damping is pretty good for a road seat compared to others as I’m using it on a CX bike which is used for both bitumen / dirt bike tracks.
Good seat for a rider who likes to move around as it does not lock you in place.
Once the level and angle are right the rear raised section keeps you in place when climbing.
The front end of the seat has a good amount plushness to it, so its no issue sitting right forward if you are climbing or down in the drops for fast long flat sections.
