Are the PACR Waterproof Winter Gravel overshoes also compatible with flat pedal shoes?
No, the PACR Waterproof Winter Gravel shoe covers are exclusively designed to be used with slim mountain bike or gravel bike shoes. They are best suited for off-road race shoes with laces or dials. Sharp ratchets should be avoided.

Why are they so tight fitting?
These shoe covers are optimised for aerodynamic performance and water protection. Therefore, they need to sit as tightly as possible on your gravel cycling shoes.

Are they difficult to put on?
This shoe cover features a zipperless design that gives a snug fit around the shoe and calf so water cannot penetrate through a zip. This makes them a bit different to put on compared to other shoe covers; we recommend watching our video to see how it’s done. Don’t worry, after the first couple of times, you’ll be an expert. Please note that you put these shoe covers on before you put on your MTB/Gravel bike shoes. Open the hook-and-loop closure strap on the sole, slide them on over your socks, put your shoes on and then pull the covers down over the shoes.

Are the PACR Waterproof Winter Gravel overshoes warm enough to be used in winter?
They are primarily designed to offer winter insulation. In our experience, they work best in a range of 2 to 10° C, but that is highly individual and depending on the intensity of your ride, your general clothing choice and weather conditions.

Can I wash these shoe covers in the washing machine?
No, please do not put these shoe covers in the washing machine. Only hand wash, for example with a garden hose or damp cloth. Do not bleach, Do not wring, Do not tumble dry, Do not iron. Let hang to dry.

Do I put the cycling shoes on before the shoe cover?
No, the shoe covers must be pulled on before the cycling shoes, and then pulled down over the toe and heel. Then fasten the velcro strap underneath.
