We won’t contact the recipient to tell them about your present, we’ll leave that up to you. However, we will let you know when we’ve applied the credit to their account and send you a digital PDF of their gift voucher for you to pass onto them.

Please note: This is not an online voucher and they cannot use this credit in our online store. We have a separate Online Store Gift Card you can purchase for that.
