Whilst we are able to ship bikes Australia wide, we only do so if you are 100% confident that the bike is the right bike for you, and you know the exact size for your fit requirements.

This is because we are not able to accept change of mind returns for bikes.

For online purchases where we are not able to conduct test rides in person, it is entirely the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the bike meets their needs and is the correct size.

Bikes to be shipped are built and test ridden first, then partly dismantled and boxed, so shipping fees include a $150 bike boxing labour charge. Please note, we are not permitted by law to ship unassembled bikes.

Finding the right size bike

Measure your current saddle height from the top of the saddle to the centre of the bottom bracket in line with the seatpost. If you don't have a bike you can measure your inseam instead.
