This version here fits on the rear of many of Surly frames (and some other frames as well!). It features all the stainless-steel mounting hardware you need for installation, handily housed in a reusable Surly Tool Bag. It’s both height adjustable and can fit a wide selection of wheel sizes, allowing you to keep the center of gravity as low as possible for a stable ride.

These went on easy in spite of being non-disc recommended. Heavy, but strong and reliable. If you’ve got a Polyvalent, they will fit. Secure and simple mounting. See my photo.
