These are a neat pair of alloy bar plugs to replace the lousy plastic ones that come included with bar tape. Tightening the bolt expands a plastic wedge inside the bar to hold them in place. They come in black, silver and an anodised brown that looks a lot like cola. They will only fit drop bars, they’re too big for flat bars.
