Payment Terms
Only AUD accepted. That’s Australian Dollars. Pre payment is required before dispatch of goods. All prices are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are current at the time of purchase. Off Course will do its best to ensure product availability however reserves the right to change products, prices and information without notice.
Returns
For faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items, return shipping fees will be covered by Off Course Bike Shop. Please contact us via email to arrange a return label. Once approved, we will send a return label for you to print out and use. Please return within 90 days of receiving your item. Please cross check all products on your original order against your packing list immediately on receipt of goods.
For change of mind returns (customer remorse), return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer. Please contact us via email before returning your item to ensure your return can be approved. Please return within 90 days of receiving your item. Return items must be unfitted and in brand new and resellable condition with all packaging – including all product tags, labels & original packaging.
Returns – Bikes

We do not accept change of mind returns for bikes. For instore purchases we go to great lengths to ensure that the bike is right for you, and the correct size. For online purchases of bikes it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the bike meets their needs and is the correct size.
Refunds
Refunds will only be offered if the product ordered is faulty or damaged. In the event of a product being delivered to you with damaged packaging, that has occurred in transit, we request you photograph the package before opening for your records, and possibly ours. Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order. We do our best to ensure all products are packaged sympathetically. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from Off Course. There may be a credit card charge for cancelling an order. Please see “Returns” policy above. There may be a restocking fee, at our discretion.
Product Design
All products in our catalogue may be subject to design, colour or slight variation or change at any time. We do our best to maintain current photographs and descriptions of the products for sale, however Off Course admits that some products are changed by the manufacturer from time to time. Usually this is for the best. When a product has changed from the described and advertised iteration, Off Course reserves the right to supply the current item. Off Course suggests that the user undertakes their own research on each item to ensure compatibility and appropriateness of the purchased item has been considered.
